What is CopadoCon?

CopadoCon is the annual conference run by Copado, the intelligent DevOps platform for Salesforce. It brings together Salesforce developers, release managers, architects, QA engineers and platform leaders for a day of keynotes, hands-on workshops, technical breakouts, customer stories and a live hackathon — all focused on shipping Salesforce change faster, safer and with far less manual work.

CopadoCon 2026

CopadoCon 2026 took place on 13 June 2026 at the Sheraton Grand in Whitefield, Bengaluru, and the theme was the agentic enterprise: what changes when AI agents stop assisting with software delivery and start doing the work. Sessions covered deploying and governing Agentforce agents in production, AI-assisted testing, DevOps for regulated industries, release strategy at enterprise scale, and the practical day-to-day of running Salesforce DevOps well.

Where can I watch CopadoCon sessions?

Every session was recorded, and all 60 of them are on CopadoCon+ — this site. There is no ticket, no paywall and no waiting list; you create a free account and the whole library opens up, including the sessions that ran in parallel rooms and the ones you had to choose between on the day.

The library is organised into seven tracks: keynotes, workshops, breakouts, podcasts, CopadoCon Bytes (short-form clips), highlights, and the hackathon finals. You can browse the full library by track, or start from the speaker directory if you are looking for a particular person's talk.

Who speaks at CopadoCon?

The 2026 line-up was over 70 speakers: Copado product and engineering leaders alongside practitioners from the enterprises that run Salesforce at scale, plus community voices from the Salesforce ecosystem. Most sessions are practitioner-led rather than vendor pitches, so the useful detail — what broke, what they changed, what it cost — is usually in the breakouts and the podcasts rather than the main stage.

Is CopadoCon+ free?

Yes. CopadoCon+ is free to watch. You sign up with an email address so we can keep your place in a session and let you save talks for later; we do not charge for access and there is no trial to cancel.
