Community Is the Core of Every Great Platform

Josh Millward

Shailesh Parnami of RaptBot Technologies joins Josh Millward to discuss why community engagement is the essential driver for platform maturity and ecosystem growth. Parnami explains that while companies create platforms, the community provides a necessary lens to ensure tools meet the specific needs of developers, QA engineers, and program managers. The conversation highlights takeaways from the CopadoCon 2026 keynote, specifically how leadership visions for growth and strategic direction reach the entire organization through community interactions. Parnami concludes that this depth of engagement allows practitioners to better understand the platform's utility at every layer of operation.
